In 2005 FOMA began production of a new range photographic papers, FOMABROM VARIANT III. Comprising black-and-white, variable-contrast enlarging papers manufactured on 180 gsm baryta paper base using silver chlorobromide emulsions. Variant 111 & 112 have neutral to medium-warm tones on a bright white base.
The latest import, Variant 123 has a warm emulsion on a warm-white base, and offers a finish and quality very similar to the original Agfa Portriga filigran semi-matt.
