This is a venerable old developer from the mid 1900's, designed originally to match Kodak's old chlorobromides, Bromesko in the UK, Ektalure in the US.
Not surprisingly Kodak discontinued it some time back, but being a formulation in the public domain, it is still produced by Speedibrews to complement papers such as Forte Polywarmtone and Museum.
Warm working, with a controlled image build up, useful when applying maximum control in the dev. dish.
