Online Privacy
The privacy of all our customers is extremely important us.
None of your personal information is sold or given to any other third party.
We at RK Photographic may well use this information to help us improve our service
and understanding of customer needs.
Prices Statement
Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be
taken for errors or omissions. RK Photographic reserves the right to alter prices and
specifications without further notice. Euro rate may vary, every effort is taken
to maintain their accuracy.
Out of Stock Items
Most items are made to order but if a stocked item is out of stock we will
advise you, via e-mail or telephone of any shortfall and provide a revised
despatch date. We will despatch the in stock items by the next working day at
the latest.
Returns Policy
If for any reason there should be a problem with any of the products supplied
and need to be returned, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. No goods
can be returned to us without authorisation. All returns may be subject to a
small handling charge following inspection. Please note that it is your
responsibility for the return postage costs. Any items returned MUST be adequately packaged and if they are received back to us damaged a refund will NOT be applied. Please note any light sensitive materials inc film, paper and liquid emulsion cannot be returned as we cannot guarantee how they have been stored.
Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which came into
force on 31 October 2000 provide statutory backing for the good business
practices which RK Photographic already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to
return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone / fax or
internet from RK Photographic within seven working days for a full refund.
Warranty Policy
We guarantee every product we sell.
If you have a problem we will do our best to sort it out. We will generally
replace defective merchandise within the first 30 days and repair or replace at
our discretion after then. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
