How to Order
Placing an order through the RK Photographic website is simple.
You can find what you want easily by clicking on the Products tab at the top right hand side of the page. You can then choose either a brand or a product category from the lists.
All prices include VAT.
Adding Items to your Basket
After selecting a brand or category, you will be presented with a list of product groups. Each table has one or more products within them showing summary details such as size and price.
You can add the product to you basket by entering the required quantity in the text box (default '1') then clicking on add to basket.
Look at the top right of the page to check if the items have been added.
If you want more details about the products before adding them to your basket, click on the descriptive text of the product. This will show you a picture (if available) and more details about the particular product. You can add the product to your basket in the usual way from there.
Saving and Retrieving Orders
The beauty of having customer accounts is that you can save your basket and recall it to either resume an order or very quickly place a repeat order (for example, for consumable items) at a later date.
Creating an account is simple either click 'Your Account' at the top right of the page and click on 'Register' OR just place an order and follow the steps and an account will be created for you. An email will be sent to the address you specify with your registered email and password for future reference. You can also use the instant password reminder service if you misplace your details!
Postage
The postage cost are added on to your order depending on where you are based in the UK.
The amount will be shown on your order when you start the check out process but before you pay.
The rate is a flat rate following Fed-Ex guidelines.
Any lighter item that can go by post will sent by Royal Mail and you will be refunded the postage cost difference.
Some of our products have a special offer associated with them and might attract either reduced or free postage, in which case the individual product page will state so.
Quick Select
You can also quickly browse or locate the products you want by selecting a category or brand from the left hand side drop-down menus.
You will then be presented with a list of brands or categories which are relevant to your selection.
Placing an Order
To complete an order you will need to pay for the products online via the secure WorldPay interface.
Firstly place products in your basket as described, secondly click 'View basket' at the top right hand side of the page. You will be shown an itemised view of your current basket. You can continue shopping or choose to checkout and order the items.
Press 'Checkout' to continue the process. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. If you do not have one click 'Register' and complete the form. You don't have to enter all your details at this stage but you will have to update them later if you wish to place an order with us.
Please note that we do not share your details with other agencies and won't contact you with special offers if you choose not to opt in.
You will be taken to your account page where you can immediately check your details proceed onto the secure payment portal and complete your order.
